Highly recommended! At 36, maintaining a high level of fitness and mobility is especially important to me, and Injoy offers the perfect conditions for this. The equipment is top-notch and always state-of-the-art. I particularly appreciate the wide selection of machines: they offer both modern, computer-assisted equipment and classic machines with free weights. This variety allows for diverse workouts that are perfectly tailored to the needs of a competitive athlete like myself. The staff is incredibly competent and friendly. They know exactly what's important in training for those with athletic ambitions. The atmosphere in the studio is also very pleasant – there's always a motivating yet relaxed environment. I especially appreciate that both young and old feel comfortable here. You can tell that the gym appeals to a broad age range, and there's a consistently pleasant atmosphere among the members.

Extremely friendly staff who are happy to offer guidance if something is incorrect (in other places, you're simply left in the lurch). The initial consultation was incredibly helpful, and they really listened to my needs. Overall, there's a fantastic atmosphere, and I haven't had any negative experiences. I can't comment on the courses since I haven't attended any, but the participants always come out of the classrooms extremely sweaty but still in good spirits—it seems to be working well! 😄 I highly recommend them.

I've been participating in rehab sports for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with this studio. The support from the consistently friendly, highly qualified staff is fantastic, and after signing up for the "Germany is Losing Weight" study there, I finally lost weight. I hope I keep it up. Thank you for the great support.

Fantastic studio! Great introduction at the beginning. You feel well looked after and constantly supported. The studio has a calm and well-maintained atmosphere, and you quickly feel comfortable. All the staff are always available and happy to help. It makes going to the gym a pleasure! Thank you!

Update: It's been almost 2 years now. Still top-notch equipment, trainers, and atmosphere. Update: 1 year ago... Still a top-notch team. That's exactly what makes a studio, along with the equipment and service. I was able to... Even if there are days that don't go as expected, the team is there to support you in every situation, motivating you and pushing you to keep going. Everything happens here without pressure. Exactly what I wanted. Always has an answer ready for questions. Of course, your own discipline and motivation are paramount; without these, even the best trainers can't help. So... stick with it, don't give up, step by step is the motto. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 I became aware of the GYM through Instagram in connection with a contest. I first googled whether there was a catch or whether it could really be like that. Checked and approved. ✅️ So I entered the competition. A few days later, I received a call with the positive news that I could train for one week free of charge.📱🏋‍♂️ Great, because I absolutely have to do something for myself. However, I still had/still have a huge issue, which I also communicated. Health-related, related to surgeries. That wasn't a problem, and we discussed everything again at an introductory appointment. We had a plan, and we'll implement the one-week program as soon as I'm fit again. So, surgery number 1, I recovered as much as I could, and made a new appointment. Then I received the happy news that I could even train for four weeks... awesome, right? So, I put everything in the contract, and off I went. I received a card to punch in and out, and a wristband with which you can activate your devices and digitally record data/achievements. I was then assigned a trainer who first filled out a medical history form with me and noted my goals. After that, I had my blood pressure measured and a full-body screening. This requires an app that receives the data from the device and can always access your current screening. Very innovative. 👌🏻 Aft

Very nice gym, they do very, very good rehab classes. I especially like Nico at the rehab classes. He's always in a good mood, laughs a lot with us, and adapts the exercises to our ailments. Very clean gym, very well-trained trainers, everything is top-notch in my opinion. Best regards, MarTina
